These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the P2P KOLs platform ("Service") operated by P2P KOLs ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.

3. Platform Description

P2P KOLs is a marketplace that connects Web3 projects ("Clients") with Twitter/X influencers ("KOLs" or "Creators"). The platform facilitates campaign creation, task assignment, and payment processing. We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee the outcome of any campaign.

4. Payments and Escrow

Clients deposit funds into their account balance before launching campaigns.
Funds are moved to escrow only when a task is assigned or accepted.
Payments to KOLs are released after task completion and verification.
Platform fees are deducted per transaction as disclosed on the platform.
Unused escrowed funds are returned to the client's balance if a campaign is closed or a task is rejected.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Attempt to manipulate the platform's verification or rating systems.
Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or interact with the Service beyond its intended use.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Promote content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on the Service is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our prior written consent. Campaign content created by KOLs remains their property unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that campaigns will achieve specific results. We are not liable for the actions of any user on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Funds remaining in your balance at termination will be returned subject to our standard withdrawal process.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
